by requesting to commission me, you confirm that you have thoroughly read through and automatically agree to the following terms & conditionsviolating any of the following terms explicitly and/or intentionally will result in immediate termination of services without refund and an indefinite ban from requesting future servicesi am a disabled artist who suffers from frequent unpredictable health issues that may impact my ability to draw consistently. i work slow to ensure you are provided with quality artwork without risk to my physical health.my work may not be used to train, validate, or test any neural network or artificial intelligence. Doing so is in violation of terms against alteration and external non private use of assets created for clients.clients are not permitted under any circumstances to use any part of commissioned work such as images, goods, and copies of goods in any block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (nft), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.using any commissioned work is also strictly prohibited from use in any advertising or profits associated with block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (nft), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

must be 18+ to commission mepayments in usd only - payments via paypal or stripe preferredi reserve the right to decline or refuse service to anyone for any reasoni will refuse any commission request that includes ai generated referencesunless exclusive rights are purchased, i retain all rights to use and monetize my art - this includes posting on social media, the sale of prints, online sales, personal marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.clients interested in exclusive/commercial rights are welcome to inquire about commercial pricing via emailclients are not permitted to claim my art (commissioned or otherwise) as their own workif you would like me to refrain from streaming the process of your commission or posting your commission on social media, you MUST discuss this with me during the request process as i charge a 50% feeyou, the client, reserve the right to print or create physical reproductions of your commission as long as it is solely for personal use - NOT for saleclients are welcome to showcase commissioned work on external sites as long as i am credited as the artist in some capacity (a link, my @, etc)In the case of adoptables, you retain the rights to the character design and may resell/gift it as you please. you may NOT sell the design for more than you purchased it for unless providing additional artall transactions under $100 USD must be paid upfront before work begins - transactions exceeding $100 USD will require a 50% down payment before work beginsany commissions that are time-sensitive (example: holiday or birthday gifts) must be requested & discussed at least 60 days before the deadline

REVISIONS + REFUNDS

Full refunds are available up until the base sketch has been approved - Once the lining process begins, refunds are no longer available**In instances where i am unable to complete the commission within a reasonable time frame, a full refund will be issued.there are no refunds for completed art - i request client approval for each stage of my process and only move to the next stage after getting approval.i provide 5 free revisions after the final stage - additional revisions are 25% of the base price of your commission, and are limited to 5 additional revisions for a total limit of 10 overall revisions per piece.i do not provide refunds for pieces that hit the limit of 10 revisions.
